Verification and testing of Romanian candidates
When recruiting Romanian personnel, we test candidates by:
- Verifying professional references;
- Verifying qualifications, diplomas and all documents certifying education;
- Evaluating the level of knowledge of foreign languages;
- Evaluating candidates according to professional tests to determine compatibility with the requirements of the employing company.
Selection process for foreign staff
For staff from abroad, the selection process is complex and includes:
- Receiving and checking CVs;
- Job interview via ZOOM;
- Video of the employee working – filmed in the testing centers in the country of origin;
- Traveling to the country of origin to conduct the practical test for future employees and their selection.
